Dial on Demand - FAQs

When I click on a link, am I taken to that page or the NetZero start page?
When you make a request to view a specified Web page, such as clicking a link from a Word document, you will be taken directly to that page when your connection is established. If you click on the Internet Explorer icon, you will be taken to your specified Home Page once Online.

Will Dial on Demand connect with any Member ID and password in the Connection box?
When Dial on Demand is enabled and a link is selected, the software will automatically start dialing into Juno with the Member ID that is in the Welcome screen. The last account that was used to access the Internet is the one that will be connected through Dial on Demand.

Can I use Dial on Demand with a Free account?
Dial on Demand is a new service offered by Juno that is available only to Juno Turbo members. This feature requires the use of Juno Turbo.

Click here to upgrade to Juno Turbo.

Are there additional phone charges associated with Dial on Demand?
To access the Internet through Dial on Demand, you will dial the same access numbers you normally use to connect to NetZero. There should be no additional charges to your phone bill for using this service.
