Access numbers no longer available An access number may no longer be available for a number of reasons, most likely due to its poor performance. We are always adding new access numbers, and from time to time we modify our existing access numbers. Periodically, we send you this updated access number list. It is possible that during one of these periodic updates, the number was removed due to its poor performance. We monitor our network of access numbers on a regular basis to provide the best service possible, and we use information about the call volume, performance, and coverage of our access numbers to make the best recommendations to our users. If an access number performs at an unacceptable level, we remove it. It may also be possible that you switched from our premium service, Juno Platinum, to our Free Internet service. Members of our Free Internet service have fewer access numbers available to them, and this service-level change may be the reason that a number in your area is no longer available to you. To switch back to Juno Platinum, please call Customer Service at 1-888-839-5866. Our representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
