What will happen if I change my phone number?

We're currently unable to handle a change in phone number to which DSL service is provided. If you change your phone number associated with the DSL service you will first need to cancel your existing service, then re-signup for a new account using your new phone number.

When you sign up for Juno DSL, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee*. However, after 30 days there is a commitment. If you decide to cancel the service before the commitment is finished, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on your service plan.

However, after the commitment period is ended, you will be on a month-to-month billing cycle, and can cancel any time you wish without incurring any cancellation fee.

* Available only if you cancel your Juno DSL service within 30 days from the date your broadband line is activated. Must return the DSL modem and all related equipment to Juno in good working condition within 30-days of your broadband service cancellation to receive refund of monthly charge and set up processing and handling fee paid to Juno.
