How long does it take to receive a refund?

Our 30-day money back guarantee is available only if you cancel your Juno DSL service within 30 days from the date your broadband line is activated. You will need to return the DSL modem and all related equipment in good working condition to Juno using our return kit within 30-days of your broadband service cancellation date to receive refund of the monthly charge and set up activation fee.

Use your return kit and the provided return label to send back the Juno DSL modem and all other equipment within 30 days. Your account will be credited for a full refund within 48 hours of our receipt of the returned DSL kit.
