I just signed up for Juno DSL and don't understand the amount I was charged on my bill. The charge you see is the initial processing and handling fee. When you sign up for Juno DSL service you will be charged a one-time, nonrefundable processing and handling fee to cover the cost of the equipment and phone line configuration.
Once your account is activated, you will be billed once a month at the amount of your service level for as long as you continue your service. |
