This error message is displayed when

• Connection to the Internet could not be established.
• Cables are not correctly or securely connected.
• You may have not completed the initial setup for your Juno DSL connection.
• You may be connecting on or before your Juno DSL service activation date. Please check your confirmation email, or click here to check the status of your DSL order.
