What types of devices need to be filterted?

Anything you plug in to a phone jack will need to have a DSL phone filter connected to it in order to eliminate any potential signal interference, degenerating your DSL connection. The most common devices are:

  • Telephone
  • Answering machines
  • Fax machines
  • Satellite converter box
  • Home alarm system
  • Home gaming systems
  • Water Meter connected to a phone line
