My neighbor has Juno DSL, but I can't get it. Why?

Juno DSL is available in many areas, but service is limited by the distance from your home to the phone switching station. This means that you could have a neighbor across the street who can get Juno DSL, while you can't.

Juno DSL is typically available to customers residing within 18,000 feet from a DSL switching station. If your residence is outside this limit, you may not be eligible to receive service at this time. Also, while DSL does run over standard phone lines, if the wiring in your house is old, you may need to get it repaired or upgraded before you can receive Juno DSL service.
