If I discontinue the Juno DSL service, can I keep the Juno DSL modem?

Yes, if you've been a member in good standing for more than a month you may keep your DSL modem. However, if you cancel your service before the end of your commitment you will be charged a cancellation fee based on your plan. If, however, you cancel within the first thirty days and seek to utilize the money back guarantee, you can not keep the DSL modem and must return it to Juno.

To determine the cancellation fee you would incur based on your Juno DSL plan:

  1. Click on the My Account tab on the Juno DSL Web site or visit http://account.juno.com/s/account.
  2. From the main My Account page, select Account Summary.
