Do you provide phone filters?

Yes. Juno will provide phone jack filters for you to use in the Broadband Installation Kit. Be sure to use the filters on every phone jack where you have a phone, fax machine, or answering machine connected. Plug the filter into the jack, and the device cord into the filter to prevent interference between your DSL signal and your regular phone service.

Note that there are two types of phone filters. One filter has a single jack (or slot) that should only be connected to your telephone devices (such as phones, answering machines, and fax machines.)

Another filter provides dual jacks (or slots.) One jack is labeled DSL (this should be connected to your DSL modem.) The other jack is labeled Phone (this can be connected to your telephone device.
