How do I check my external email account for mail in Juno 5.0?

Once you add and configure an external account, you can check this account for mail at the same time you check for your new Juno mail. Please note that to check your external email account for mail, you must be connected to the Web.


To check your external email account for mail:

  1. If you connect to Juno using a modem and are not connected to the Web, click Connect on the Web screen to connect.
  2. After you have successfully connected to the Web, click the Read tab and click Get New Mail.

Juno will connect and download your new Juno and external account messages. Messages downloaded from your external account appear in your Inbox with your Juno messages.
