How can I stop the mail icon in my system tray or the message that pops up from appearing when I have new mail? (Juno 5.0)

If you use Juno 3.0 or later, Juno can notify you automatically when you receive new mail while connected to the Web with a sound, a pop-up message, or an icon in the system tray (the small rectangle on the right side of your taskbar). You can turn these notifications on or off at any time.

To turn notification of new mail on or off in Juno 3.0 or later:

1. Go to the Options menu and select Web Preferences.
2. In the Juno Web Preferences window, under Mail Notification, click the Notify me with a pop-up message check box to receive message notification, otherwise, clear this check box.
3. Click the Notify me with an icon on the system tray check box to receive an icon notification, otherwise, clear this check box.
4. Click OK.
