Email Buttons Outlook Express has a toolbar, just like a Web browser. Most email programs have similar toolbars, so even if yours looks different, you can still learn the common functions. 
| New Mail - Composes a new email. | Print - Prints the currently selected email. | | Reply - Replies to the sender of an email. | Delete - Erases the currently selected email. | | Reply All - Replies to the sender and all recipients of an email. | Send/Recv - Sends all email in your Outbox and places new messages (if any) in your Inbox. | | Forward - Forwards an email to a new recipient. | |
| Send - Sends a finished email to your Outbox. In most cases, the mail will not actually be sent from your computer until you click the Send/Recv button. | Check - Checks the name you enter in the "To:" field and will fill in the email address if you can't remember the full name. | | Cut - Cuts selected text to the Windows clipboard. | Spelling - Performs a spelling check on your email. | | Copy - Copies composed text to the clipboard. | Attach - Attaches a file to your email. | | Paste - Pastes previously cut or copied text to your email. | Priority - Changes the priority level of an outgoing email message. | | Undo - Undoes your last action. | |
