Do I need special equipment?

To record a personal Video Mail, you will need to have a webcam or similar device connected to your computer. If you don't have a webcam, you can purchase one here . Find out more about setting up your webcam here.

You will also need a microphone to record audio. Most webcams come with a microphone, however, if you do not have a webcam but have a microphone, you can record an audio only Video Mail.

You can also upload to Video Mail an audio or video file from you computer or digital camera (must be attached to your computer). To find out more about acceptable file types, please click here.
