"Plug-in for Windows Media Player not installed"

To download and install Windows Media Player, complete the following steps:

1. Click here to go to the download page.
   (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/en/download/default.asp)
2. From the Windows Media Player for drop-down menu, select the version you wish to download.
3. Click on the Download Now button.
4. Check the circle next to Save this program to disk and click OK.
5. From the Save in drop-down menu, select Desktop.
6. Click on the Save button.
7. Click on the Open button when the download is complete.
8. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

To use the Media Player with Netscape, you must also download the Netscape plug-in. Complete the following instructions:

1. Click here to begin the download.
   (http://download.microsoft.com/download/winmediaplayer/nsplugin/6.4/WIN98/EN-US/wmpplugin.exe)
2. From the Save in drop-down menu, select Desktop.
3. Click on the Save button.
4. Close Netscape.
5. On your desktop, double-click the wmpplugin.exe icon.
6. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
