Why am I charged extra for paying by check or money order?

In an effort to continue to provide Internet service at the lowest price possible, there is a $5.00 processing fee included for all check or money order payments. This fee offsets the costs of processing check orders.

If you wish to avoid this fee in the future, you can always pay for service by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Network, and American Express. To switch to credit card payment, please visit the My Account section and click on the "Change Your Payment Information" link.
