How can I access my Juno email?

Important note for Free Juno members: To take advantage of offline email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, you must upgrade to a Platinum or Turbo account. Click here to upgrade today.

The easiest way to access your Juno email is by using Email on the Web. This Web-based email option lets you access your mail from around the world! Whether you're at work, at home, on vacation, or anywhere else with an Internet-connected computer, your email address is the same and your account is always accessible.

By using Email on the Web, you can read and write email messages directly from your mailbox without having to use a separate email program. Just remember that your mailbox will fill up over time, so be sure to delete unwanted messages.

For more information about using Email on the Web, click here.

If you are a Premium service member, you can also use a dedicated email program such as Outlook Express to check your Juno email. This lets you download messages directly to your computer, thus freeing up space in your mailbox. You can also read and write messages without having to be connected to the Internet when you use this method.
