Will all my messages from Email on the Web download to my email program?

Important note for Free Juno members: To take advantage of offline email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, you must upgrade to a Platinum or Turbo account. Click here to upgrade today.

Not all of your messages from Email on the Web will download to your email program.

One of the features of Email on the Web is the ability to create custom folders to organize your incoming and outgoing mail. When you use a dedicated email program (such as Outlook Express) to download messages from your mailbox to your computer, however, only the messages in your Email on the Web Inbox will get transferred. Any mail inside folders such as your Draft or Sent folders will remain in your Email on the Web mailbox. You will have to manually erase these to recover space in your mailbox.
