What products or services can people purchase using Juno gifts certificates?

New members, and current members with non-billable Juno accounts, may use gift certificates to purchase standard month to month plans for Juno Platinum and the new Juno Turbo.

Existing members who already have a billable account with Juno may also be eligible to purchase additional products and services after adding their gift certificate amount to their current account balance - just watch for offers on the redemption confirmation or My Account pages.

How can I pay for Juno Gift Certificates?

You can purchase a Juno Gift Certificate at http://ispgift.com/juno.

You may use your valid credit card to purchase Juno gift certificates. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Discover Network and Diners Club cards are not accepted.

How many certificates can I buy at once?

There is no limit to the number of gift certificates you can purchase on a single order. However, you will need to enter personalized delivery information for each certificate.

What amounts are the gift certificates good for?

Gift certificate amounts range from $20 to $120, so you can choose the amount that works best for your budget and your recipient. Gift certificates are currently available in amounts of $20, $30, $40, $50, $75, $100, and $120.

Can I give gift certificates to an existing Juno member?

Yes. Existing members currently using the Juno Free service can use the gift certificates to upgrade to Juno Turbo or Platinum service on standard month to month plans. Existing members who already have a billable service with Juno can use gift certificates to add to their existing account balance and may also be able to purchase additional products and services with any remaining amount.

How long will it take for my gift certificates to be delivered?

Delivery time depends on the delivery method you select. When you select email delivery your recipient should receive your gift within 1-3 hours. You may also select standard Ground, 2-day or overnight delivery via Federal Express for a small fee.

What happens to any unused portion once a gift certificate is redeemed?

Any remaining balance of the gift certificate not used to pay service at the initial time of redemption will be transferred to the recipient’s Juno account balance. This remaining balance will be automatically used to pay for future service and may also be applied to the purchase of other available products and services from Juno.

What happens if my gift certificate cannot be delivered?

If we are unable to deliver your gift certificate, you will be notified by email along with instructions on how to update the delivery information for your gift certificate recipient.

When will my gift certificates expire?

Can I send gift certificates anonymously?

You may choose not to display your name on the gift certificate, but your email address will be displayed when you select email delivery.

Can I send different gift certificates to multiple recipients?

Yes. You may add additional gift certificates on the order review page.

Yes. Simply enter your own shipping or mailing address on the recipient information page when placing your gift certificate order.

Anyone, including existing members, can simply visit http://www.juno.com/gift to redeem a Juno gift certificate. Existing members may also apply and redeem gift certificates by clicking the gift certificate link found on the My Account page.

How can I check my order status?

You may check the status of the gift certificate order by visiting http://ispgift.com/juno. You will need the Purchase Order ID Number that you received in your gift certificate order confirmation email.

My gift certificates have not been delivered yet, what do I do?

You will be able to verify and, if necessary, update the delivery address information for your gift certificate. You will need the Purchase Order ID Number that you received in your gift certificate order confirmation email.

Are gift certificate purchases refundable?

No. Refunds are not permitted for gift certificate purchases.
