Why do I have a toolbar with Platinum?

When you sign up for the Platinum service, you will receive Juno's bannerless ultra-thin Platinum toolbar instead of the standard JunoPort that displays banner advertisements. This small toolbar, which can be docked at the top or bottom of your screen, provides you with easy-to-access navigation buttons. These buttons connect you to your email, allow you to search the Web, and have links to news, weather, stocks, and different shopping options.
