Cancelling your AOL dial-up service

In order to cancel your AOL dial-up service, you will need to contact their customer service department. You can contact them via phone, fax, or mail.

• To cancel your service by phone, dial 1-800-984-6207
• To cancel by fax, write a note stating you wish to cancel and fax it to 1-703-433-7283
• To cancel by mail, send your request to:
