Once you can connect successfully to the Internet with Juno, you will no longer need to use MSN to get online. If you choose, you can cancel their service, thus saving yourself at least $10 per month!

Cancelling MSN

Members can cancel their subscriptions over the phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

1. Call the number and follow the instructions to cancel your membership.
2. Ask for a ticket number for your cancellation.
