How do I Uninstall / Reinstall Juno?

Important! Before uninstalling the Juno software, please ensure that you have a copy of the software to reinstall, either on CD or the downloaded JunoSetup.exe file.

• If you need to uninstall and reinstall Juno Turbo, click here for instructions.
• If you have the latest version of the Juno software, skip to Step B.
• If you do not have the latest version of the Juno software, complete the three steps below:

Step A. Download Juno

1. Download a new copy of the Juno software by clicking here.
2. Click the appropriate Download Now link.
3. Choose the option to Save the incoming file. You will be asked to choose a directory. From the Save in drop-down menu, select Desktop so that the download file will be easy to locate.
4. Once the download is complete, disconnect from Juno

Step B. Uninstall your current version of Juno

Note: You may want to write down your Juno Member ID and password - you will need it to log on to Juno again.

1. Click on the Windows Start button, point to Settings and select Control Panel.
2. Double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.

3. Click once on Juno to highlight it and click on the Add/Remove button.
4. Click OK then OK again and close the Control Panel.
5. Click on the Windows Start button, point to Programs and select Windows Explorer.

6. Double-click the Program Files folder in the left-side window.
7. Click once on the Juno folder to highlight it and press the Delete key on your keyboard to remove it.
8. Close Windows Explorer.

Step C. Install the latest version of Juno

1. Double-click on the JunoSetup.exe file you downloaded earlier, which should be on your Desktop if you saved it there. If you can't find the JunoSetup.exe file, follow the steps in Appendix A below.
2. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.

Your Juno upgrade is now complete.

To locate the JunoSetup.exe file using Windows 95/98, please follow the steps below.

1. Click the Windows Start button, point to Find and select Files or Folders.

2. In the Named field, type JunoSetup.exe 
3. Ensure that the Look in field indicates My Computer.
4. Click on the Find now button.
5. When the JunoSetup.exe file is found, double-click on it to run the installation program.
6. When the installation is complete, retry your Juno connection.

Once the new installation has been completed, double-click the Juno icon on the desktop to connect.
