I switched to Juno Satellite broadband from a DSL or cable provider, but my old service continues to bill me.

If you've recently switched to Juno Satellite broadband from a different provider, but are still being billed for their service, you will need to contact them. Be sure to have the date you placed your order with Juno Satellite broadband, the Installation date, and the date you cancelled your old DSL or cable service.
