How do I use my Travel Pack Dial-up Service?

If you are experiencing technical problems with your Satellite connection, or if you are traveling and do not have access to your Satellite connection, you can still access the Internet using your Travel Pack dial-up service.

To connect via dial-up:

  1. Connect your computer's dial-up modem to a phone wall jack using a standard phone line.
  2. If you see the Juno Internet icon on your Desktop, double-click on it to launch the Juno Internet dial-up software.
  3. You can enjoy a true multi-media experience watching or listening to high-quality streaming broadcasts of music and video.
  4. If you don't see the Juno Internet icon, click on the Windows Start button, select All Programs, point to the Juno folder, and double-click on the Juno icon.
  5. Enter your Member ID and password in the appropriate boxes, and click Connect (if you have forgotten your password, click here.
