The processing and handling fee for your Juno Satellite service helps cover the cost of the installation and initial set-up of your service.

Our technicians will ensure that your dish is properly placed and aligned so it can receive a strong, unobstructed signal from the satellite, and that all of the cables and converters required are installed correctly, and that your Satellite service does not get any interference from any other systems you may have (such as a home security system, cable TV, or anything else). They will also connect and configure your modem, and set-up your Satellite broadband connection software, and ensure your Internet connection is working.

Also, while other services might have a lower Processing & Handling fee up front, they may include a monthly rental or service charge for their broadband modem, increasing their overall cost.

Juno Satellite also provides you with a Free modem and all the equipment you need to get online with Satellite broadband service. We also give you a full suite of Internet services valued at over $100 per year (if purchased separately) including:

• Norton Anti-Virus: To protect your computer from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, adware, and phishing scams ($2.95 per month)
• MegaMail: Providing you with 2GB of mail storage, an address book capable of storing 5000 contacts, and other useful features ($9.95 per year)
