What happens when I submit my order?

There are Three steps between placing your Juno Satellite order, and surfing the Internet with your Satellite broadband service.

  1. Placing your order

    Once you've determined you are able to receive Satellite broadband service and have selected your service level, we begin the process of working with our partner, Hughes Net, to complete the order. We will also set a date and time for installation with you. Our technicians will need to come to your home in order to install and align your satellite dish, run the cable, configure the modem, and set-up your Internet connection. The process could take up to a few hours, depending on the difficulty of the installation.

    The installation date will usually be up to two weeks after you place your order. You can log in to your account page at https://account.juno.com/s/account and select Track the status of your Satellite order to check how your order is progressing any time after placing it.

  2. Confirmation of your order

    After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with all of the specifics, including service level and monthly fee. This email will also have important contact information for you in case you have problems, questions, or need to reschedule your installation appointment.

    If you need to re-schedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by calling our Customer Support line at 1-888-213-9093

  3. Installation and Setup

    Our technicians will arrive to do a complete installation and set up of your new satellite broadband equipment:

    • Proper placement and alignment of your Satellite dish to receive a strong, unobstructed signal
    • Connection and placement of all required cables and signal converters
    • Complete connection and configuration of the modem to both the satellite dish and your computer
    • Complete installation and set-up of the connection software, and confirmation of strong Internet connection.

    The entire process could take up to a few hours, depending on the complexity of the installation. Our technician will not leave until the work is completed and you are able to connect to the Internet
