I accidentally sent a message to the Junk Mail folder.

If you accidentally sent a message to the Junk Mail folder, or if a message automatically sent there is not Junk, you can retrieve it.

1. Log in to Email on the Web.
2. Open the Junk Mail folder.
3. Check the box next to the message that isn't Junk Mail, and click the Not Junk button.
4. If you want to add the sender to your Do Not Block list, leave the Add the address to my Do Not Block list box checked. Other wise, uncheck the box.
5. Click on Confirm.

You can also select the message that isn't Junk and click the Move selected items(s) to... button to choose which folder to send the message.
