How do I save an unfinished message

If you want to save a message you've been composing and send it at a later time, simply click on the Save Draft button, and Email on the Web will save your message in the Draft folder. To finish the message, click on the Draft folder and open your message.

You can also ensure that you save a draft of your messages by enabling the save draft alert function:

1. Log on to Email on the Web.
2. Click on Settings and select Email Features.
3. Click on Writing Messages.
4. Check the box next to Show an alert each time I leave the Write Message page without saving the draft.
5. Click Save to finish
