Using the Acrobat Reader
"Adobe Acrobat" or PDF (portable document format) files are documents in a special format which requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. Please read all of these instructions before downloading any software.
Getting the Acrobat Reader
You can download a free Adobe Acrobat Reader for Windows, Macintosh, OS/2, or UNIX.
 
If you have Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later, installation requires the following steps:
1. Download the Acrobat Reader to your hard drive. Note where you have saved it.
2. Close your browser.
3. Find the saved Reader file and double-click it to begin the installation.
4. Restart your browser.
If you have earlier versions of either Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can simply upgrade Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer and then follow the above instructions.
